Ishita Agarwal blends strategy with soul. As the founder of The Cosmic Touch, she helps people align their inner worlds with their outer ambitions, combining energy healing, Reiki, and mindfulness with design thinking and business strategy. Alongside this, she’s building CreatiVibes Media, supporting purpose-led brands with marketing that feels as intentional as it is impactful.
New members can now apply to join The Cosmic Touch community here, and applications are also open for the upcoming Self Love to Soulmate course here.
In our conversation, Ishita shares how she grounds herself through morning rituals, reiki, and nature, what it means to run a “heart-led” business, and how she balances creativity and structure while managing multiple ventures. She also talks about listening to the body’s quiet wisdom, setting energetic boundaries, and building a life that feels just as good as it looks.
How does your day usually begin? Do you have any morning rituals, personal or professional, that help set the tone?
My mornings start with some soaked walnuts, a glass of apple cider vinegar in hot water and an hour long body movement session (like yoga, a mountain hike or boxing) with a reiki meditation at the end. This helps clear my body and energy to receive new ideas and insights throughout the day and stay connected with my intuition. Professionally, I always set goals before going online to stay on track!
You work at the intersection of energy healing and business strategy. How do you personally stay balanced while holding space for others?
In short: self care (like my morning ritual and nourishing my body with healthy foods), setting boundaries (personally & energetically with clients) and not taking life too seriously! The best way for me to stay balanced has been to practice the values of The Cosmic Touch Community. I prioritise Wellness, spend quality time in Nature at least 4-5x a week, take Creative breaks through my art practice, stay Curious about new topics (especially about vegan recipes), Lead from the Heart and Give back to the community through volunteering for local language-exchange clubs.
What does a good day look like for you, in terms of both flow and fulfillment?
The best days are the ones with deep reiki practices and unplanned surprises! The days where my heart and intuition lead the way and I’m able to overcome my inner-critic’s voice are the ones that give me the most joy. These flowy and fulfilling days cover 3-4 of the values I mentioned earlier and usually include a client Reiki session or group problem-solving sessions for our signature course The Butterfly: Conscious Creator.
Mindfulness is a big part of your work. How does it show up in your everyday life? Is it structured, like meditation, or more intuitive?
A regular meditation practice helps me stay centred and keep a bird’s eye view – more as an observer of my circumstances, emotions, interactions and physical movement. More than meditation, my practices of observing my breath as often as I can, chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, intentional screen-free nature walks, free-flow journaling and integrating nature into my art through fresh shells, leaves and flowers from the beaches and forests of Spain help me feel and be more aware of inner dialogue. These little practices add up to a deeper spiritual connection and I feel much more expansive!
How do you protect your energy when you’re managing multiple projects or switching between roles like coach, founder, and marketer? What kind of boundaries or habits have helped you maintain a sense of calm and clarity while growing The Cosmic Touch and CreatiVibes Media?
This is a great question! For me, it’s a delicate balance between staying super organised, going with the flow and being mindful of my body’s rhythms. As a neurospicy generalist, I am very good at code switching. Between creating mindful spaces for TCT members, quickly testing new ideas as a Founder and managing tasks for marketing clients for CreatiVibes Media – I enjoy wearing multiple hats every day! The best energy giving tools for me have been taking consistent breaks, tracking my progress through monthly metrics and tools like Trello, asking my partner & community for support when I need it and watching a quick episode of Modern Family, Friends of Brooklyn 99 for comedic relief!
Finally, what advice would you give someone trying to bring more intention, alignment, and purpose into their daily work?
Regularly check in with your body. Our body – and especially our heartspace – holds a lot more intelligence than our logical mind. Check-in with your breath before making any decisions and during daily tasks! Ask yourself – “Is my breath shallow or deep? Is my body on alert or at ease?” The body is directly connected with your soul, and will always lead you towards alignment, flow and intentional purpose – you just need to learn her cues! Let go of all the outside noise, and connect with your inner intelligence to transform your life!
