A recent workday for me typically involves a mix of strategic meetings with our exceptional team, engaging with partners to enhance our services, and staying updated on industry trends. It’s a dynamic blend of leadership, innovation, and collaboration, all aimed at making international money transfers seamless and accessible for our valued customers.

Can you define work-life balance for yourself and share with us your approach in maintaining it?

Work-life balance, for me, means achieving harmony between my professional commitments and personal life. It’s about allocating time and energy to both aspects in a way that promotes well-being.

My approach revolves around effective time management, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care. I ensure that I allocate specific time for work and dedicate quality moments to my family and personal interests. Staying organized and leveraging technology helps me optimize my work hours, enabling me to be present in my personal life. I’ve learned that a balanced life not only enhances productivity but also fosters a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling journey.

Change is constant, and it’s essential for growth. Have you made any lifestyle changes in the past year to improve your work-life balance?

Absolutely, change is vital for growth. Over the past year, I’ve prioritized daily meditation, swimming and exercise. These practices have remarkably enhanced my work-life balance, allowing me to approach challenges with a clearer mind and renewed energy.
