What does self-care mean to you?
Self-care means practising a loyal commitment to nurture your relationship with yourself, each and every day; with unconditional love and self-acceptance.
Do you have a regular self-care routine? If so, what does it look like?
My morning and evening routines are beautiful ways to start and end a day. Mornings have me up before sunrise, with a shower and full body essential oil moisturising, followed by meditation and freestyle writing. The evenings I enjoy reading, writing and the practice of graceful gratitude.
Where do you go for inspiration, ideas or tools for self-care?
NATURE! Being in nature is a powerful place for inspiration; whether it be the energy of the ocean, the tranquillity of the trees, or appreciating the beauty of a flower. Of course I also love to reference my own book, published in 2021, Flourish for Mums 21 ways to thrive with self-care and acceptance.
