Please check your Junk, Promotions and/or Other mailboxes, then follow the instructions below:
If you use outlook:
A) If our email is in your junk folder
Step 1. Find the email in your junk folder
Step 2. Right-click on the email, select junk and then select “Never Block Sender’s Domain”
B) Even it if didn’t land in your junk folder
Step 1. Open the email
Step 2. Right-click on Hao’s email address
Step 3. Select “Add to Outlook Contacts”
If you use Gmail:
A) If it landed in your spam folder
Step 1. Open the email
Step 2. Click “Report not spam”
B) Even if it didn’t land in your spam folder, create a new filter approving our domain:
Step 1. Click on the setting button in the top right corner, then select “See all settings”
Step 2. Select “Filters and Blocked Addresses”
Step 3. Scroll down and select “Create New Filter”
Step 4. In the “From” field, enter btg.cornerstone-digital.com.au then click “Create Filter”
Step 5. On the next page, tick the boxes that say “Never send to spam” and “Categorize as”. In the “Categorize as” field select “Primary”
Step 6. Click “Create Filter”
