In this edition of Workflow, we have Anne Miles, Founder and Managing Director of marketing and advertising talent agency, Suits&Sneakers.
Workflow is an interview series by Balance the Grind to get a glimpse into people’s working styles and workspaces. If you’re interested in sharing your workflow, submit it here!
Describe what you do: I own a company called Suits&Sneakers which is a collective of some of the world’s best marketing, advertising, tech and production talent.
How do you like your coffee: With someone else (I don’t drink coffee, but I am a caffeine addict and have Coca-Cola No Sugar for breakfast sometimes).
Device(s) you use: 2 iMac Pros, with 2 screens, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, iPhone – sometimes at once.
Describe your working style in one sentence: A non-linear, multi-tasking, multi-disciplinary, technology savvy machine (so I’m told).

What does your workspace look like: Lived In, but with vision.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: I’m the most creative I have ever been in my life at the moment and I feel that keeping up with tech has been the biggest part of this. Running across multiple screens and devices means I can reference things from all sources, take photos or videos and airdrop to the main computer without interrupting flow. I can juggle many projects and work with many amazing talent to keep us all on track.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Dead silence (can’t think with too much noise as my mind is already noisy).
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Jules Brooke, Host of She’s The Boss on Ticker TV.
