In this edition of Workflow, we have Morris Bryant, Partner at independent digital marketing agency Sparro, talking about leaving Mac for Windows, and listening to Bob Dylan.
Workflow is an interview series by Balance the Grind to get a glimpse into people’s working styles and workspaces. If you’re interested in sharing your workflow, submit it here!
Describe what you do: I run Sparro with my brother and an incredible team of digital marketers. We drive sales + growth online for some of Australia’s top businesses.
How do you like your coffee: Mid-black. Longer than a short black, shorter than a long black.
Device you use: I’ve recently left Mac for a Windows Surface from our client, Bing Lee. It’s incredible and the transition was far easier than I thought it would be!
Describe your working style in one sentence: I don’t prescribe to the “x things successful people do before breakfast”. I roll with every day and try to keep myself as free as possible to be available for check-ins with the team and clients.

What does your workspace look like: I’m on a lovely wooden writing desk under a tin pressed ceiling. It’s very old school.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Something easy like Bob Dylan or, if I’m head-in to some data, I listen to Mars Volta – Deloused in the Crematorium.
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Luke Course at Regional Billboard Co.
