Describe what you do: PIM Group is a creative marketing and events company. As an Account Director I have a handful of (incredible) clients I work with every day and get to create amazing experiences for them! We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take our client’s brands seriously.

How do you like your coffee: A strong latte!

Device(s) you use: My laptop is a ThinkPad and I can’t live without my iPhone and AirPods. Pretty simple because I really like the option of being a bit disconnected. Sometimes.

Describe your working style in one sentence: Every day is different! But in one sentence, I’d say it’s organised, fun, chaos that always delivers. Working in the event world I’ve always moved at a pretty fast pace! Before COVID my time was evenly split between being in the office and onsite at events.

Working from home was never really an option or something I thought could work – mainly because my work is so collaborative and hands on. I’ve really had to pivot the way I work and attack each day. It took a while but I feel like I am in a new way of working and really enjoying it. Work life balance is everything!

What does your workspace look like: It always starts off minimal but by the afternoon it’s a hot mess!

How does your workspace affect your creative process: Big time. I need my workspace to be clean and ready for me to mess up. Emails are minimised so there are no distractions! I don’t want to see that items in my Iconic wish-list are on sale.

I set myself time to work on certain projects otherwise I find that I just go around and around in circles – so when I am in the ‘creative zone’ I need to give it 100% no distractions.

Do you have a favourite playlist for work: 90’s hits all day, every day.

Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Denise Oachis, Brand Manager at Beam Suntory.
