Describe what you do: I’m the Head of UX Research & Design at Jhola so in its simplest form – I listen intently to our users, I care about what they say, and I observe what they do. I unlock behavioural insights through thorough analysis that informs and drives the Jhola experience.
How do you like your coffee: Skim dirty chai latte – extra hot!
Device(s) you use: MacBook laptop, monitor, iPhone, Apple Watch & Kindle.
Describe your working style in one sentence: In one sense my working style is prioritised, time-boxed and independent. In another it’s collaborative, creative and innovative. It’s the perfect balance.

What does your workspace look like: I have two workspaces. I have my more serious workspace in my room with a standup desk and two screens. When I want to be a bit more creative I will head down to a table near the beach with my laptop and sketch book.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: The workspace in my room is where I do all my planning, user interviews and analysis. My workspace down near the beach is where I do all my sketches, user stories, wireframeing and prototyping.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Throwback Thursday always gets me in a good mood!
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Brae Mort – Strategic Partnerships Manager at Woolworths.
