Working from home and need some inspiration? Grab your copy of our Workflow book. Beautifully designed with gorgeous home office photos and stories from people around the world.

Describe what you do: I help build people’s career ! Well they do the building, I make sure they are on the right path.

How do you like your coffee: Coffee is so 2019 ! I’m all about a ‘cuppa’ tea.

Device(s) you use: iMac, MacBook, headphones, Blue Yeti mic, iPad for timing workshops, and a healy device for my energy levels.

Describe your working style in one sentence: Crazy, sexy, cool. I have a very focused and intentional style of working. I know exactly what I’m working on and WHY! I focus solely on tasks that move the needle & outsource the rest.

What does your workspace look like: Like a melange between modern gadgetry and spiritual totems, all placed on an ornate mother of pearl writing desk. It’s beautiful (to me).

How does your workspace affect your creative process: My workspace is pretty sacred to me. I have to create an inspiring surrounding to get in the zone. It’s a space I enjoy spending the day in, and hence can create magic.

Do you have a favourite playlist for work: I listen to binaural beats to get my brain waves into the beta & gamma zone to get me focused and working in a peak state.

Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Babs Khanduja.
