Describe what you do: Develop and execute marketing strategy but what this really entails is turning chaos into order by finding the story in what is often confusing and complicated messages!

How do you like your coffee: I prefer a soy chai but sooo hard to get a good one (it’s has to be Prana Chai) so instead I tend to just have green tea.

Device(s) you use: MacBook Air, iPad and iPhone but my work is via a Dell laptop so I chop and change frequently!

Describe your working style in one sentence: Inspire trust. Clarify purpose. Empower people. Unleash talent.

What does your workspace look like: Tidy and ordered with lots of natural light. Both my home and office work spaces are next to windows so I can see the sky which I find is inspiring – open spaces which encourage collaboration is super important to me.

How does your workspace affect your creative process: Ideas need space to flourish. I prefer a writable wall or whiteboard so I can mind map. I love brainstorming ideas using a big white space and then refining it into something that is logical and makes sense. I also love post it notes so I can easily shape the flow of a project.

I’ve never been one of those people who has piles of reports and papers lying around and knows where everything is. Clutter stresses me and stifles my creativity!

Do you have a favourite playlist for work: As a yoga teacher I listen to all kinds of yoga lists – yep even the sounds of nature – but I actually prefer silence when I’m writing as I get too easily distracted – I don’t listen to anything.
