Describe what you do: I’m the co-founder and Managing Director of a boutique talent consultancy called AllSquares. We focus on the Digital technology sector, so we work with a heap of cool start ups, scale ups and more established businesses going through digital transformation.
We do a lot of talent search, but also lots of talent attraction strategy, consulting, org design etc. We basically make sure you’re equiped to attract the best people in market, then we find them for you!
How do you like your coffee: Long black + one sugar.
Device(s) you use: MacBook Pro, a big a*s monitor, iPhone and much needed AirPods. (bit of an Apple fan boy as you can tell).
Describe your working style in one sentence: Direct, strategic and to the point.

What does your workspace look like: We’re in the heart of Fitzroy, VIC, in an old building. Think high ceiling, floor board and fire places.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: I need space, I like to spread out and I NEED to walk around the office when I’m on the phone. Working from home isn’t for me!
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Right now we’re listening to Queens of the Stone Age – Songs for the Deaf.
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Peta Sarlos.
