Describe what you do: I wear a few hats. By day, I’m a Junior Account Director at Khemistry GrowthOps – a brief-to-broadcast creative agency. By night, I’m running the Assisterhood – a mentorship program and now podcast championing the power of mentoring in our careers, or empowering the next gen of advertising professionals as National Co-Chair of Youngbloods.
How do you like your coffee: From my fave local coffee shop, Bellissimo Coffee. Piccolo please.
Device(s) you use: 13‑inch MacBook Air (for work), 13-inch Dell XPS (personal), Samsung Galaxy S8 (phone).
Describe your working style in one sentence: Three answers to this:
- Write down everything – otherwise I will forget, mental notes always disappear
- Automate everything, free up brain space by setting daily/weekly reminders for repetitive tasks, and
- My process of getting sh!t done: Prioritise, do, evaluate – rinse & repeat.

What does your workspace look like: I work primarily on my Mac laptop. This way I can be mobile / take my laptop to meetings, etc. At my permanent workspace, I have a monitor so I can work on two screens.
The large screen primarily for spreadsheets & timelines, and the other for conversations; either via email or Slack. I’m a massive list person, so I always have an A5 notebook & pen with me and also plenty of sticky notes that serve as reminders / scribbles when I take calls & stick it either on my desk or on my screen to remind myself.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Good Vibes on Spotify.
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Andy Wright at Streamtime, Never Not Creative, Mentally Healthy.
