Describe what you do: I’m the Founder of Aussie personal care brand Moxie, which I started almost 15 years ago after a wild idea to package tampons in cute, refillable and recyclable tins so that they would stop rolling around in my handbag!

I’m also the Co-Founder of The Brand Maketh, a consulting side hustle that helps start-ups create and launch disruptor brands and my side-side hustle is hosting and producing a podcast called ‘Girl’s Got Moxie’, where I talk to amazing women about all the things that matter to, and affect us in today’s world.

How do you like your coffee: Straight-up! Depends what day it is, to be honest – if hubby is brewing, I’ll have a strong long black, on ice if it’s a hot day. If I’m buying at a cafe, I’ll go for an almond mocha (yes, I’m that person!). Though at work I’ll usually drink herbal tea.

Device(s) you use: iPhone, laptop that’s usually plugged into a bigger monitor, airpods, Sony a7r camera. And a little notebook and pen for creative thinking/writing.

Describe your working style in one sentence: Focused – I keep my ‘to do’ list super tight for each day, and always ensure my workspace it neat – otherwise I feel all over the place and disorganised.

What does your workspace look like: My workspace varies. I’m mostly at MoxieHQ, where I sit at a big desk in an open plan space with the rest of the team (I have an office but I don’t really like to use it) but if I’m at home, I’ll either work from the couch or the kitchen table with my laptop – either way, there’s always cushions and candles around!

When I record my podcast, I’ll go to wherever my guest feels most comfortable; either at their house/workspace, or my living room. I like being able to move around – it keeps things interesting!

How does your workspace affect your creative process: I often find I’m most creative if I completely step away from my regular working environment (that means phone and emails on silent, too).

Sometimes a change of scene is enough of a circuit breaker for me, giving me a creative energy boost away from the regular thought processes that come with managing a team/running a business.

Do you have a favourite playlist for work: Yes! Super talented local artist and musician, Kira Puru, has curated a series of playlists for Moxie, that you can find on Spotify.

Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: The incredibly savvy Kate Lillian Muir, Founder of A Good Plan Group.
