In this edition of Workflow, we have Naama Noy, Project Manager at Fiverr, talking about music keeps her in the zone and her sun balcony.
Working from home and need some inspiration? Grab a copy of our Workflow book. Beautifully designed with gorgeous home office photos and stories from around the world.
Describe what you do: Leading Fiverr’s e-learning Platform, Fiverr Learn. I’m in charge of Fiverr Learn’s course catalog, partnerships and manage the entire course production process.
How do you like your coffee: A strong flat white, in a glass cup.
Device(s) you use: iPhone 11 Pro, MacBook Pro and Apple AirPods.
Describe your working style in one sentence: Being open to new challenges has always been part of my work style. Good communication can follow that, ensuring that there are clear lines of work for each person involved in different initiatives.
What does your workspace look like: Since the lockdown, I’ve been working from home 100% of the time. I turned my dining room and sofa into a space for productive reading, writing, and conferencing. I have a west-facing balcony that gets direct sunlight, which makes it the perfect spot for short breaks with ice-coffee or shakes.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: Like most people, music is a huge part of my life and my tastes are constantly changing based on how I feel or what I’m doing. I listen to my playlists on Spotify mostly while I work.
It will not only make the tasks seem more fun but it can actually help me complete them faster. Now that I’m working from home, I can take advantage of our amazing surround sound speakers at all times, which is keeping me in the zone.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: My favorite playlist is called Herzel, a Deep House playlist that I created on Spotify and named after a cocktail bar in TLV “Herzel 16” (named after the father of modern political Zionism).
My favorite song in the playlist is “Sunday Glide” by Kermesse. It’s a private playlist, so if you are interested PM @naama.noy on Instagram. I’d be more than happy to share it with you:)
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Adi Soffer Teeni, the General Manager of Facebook Israel.
