Describe what you do: I help brokers and business owners grow their businesses organically with a well thought out strategy and a business plan that articulates the tactical and workable action plan to execute the strategy.
A strategy without a foolproof execution is a bunch of motherhood statements. In an environment where the customer’s best interests are paramount, I believe in keeping our brokers safe and saving them time with digital solutions notwithstanding the need to help and guide them to grow their business and find new clients – very much the LoanMarket way!
How do you like your coffee: I don’t drink coffee, but am partial to a strong English breakfast tea.
Device(s) you use: A Lenovo Laptop, and a tablet for notes.
Describe your working style in one sentence: I’m supportive and organised while focused on being structured and logical. I use Google Keep as a reminder on the run to give me the discipline of a good follow up process.
What does your workspace look like: Neat and tidy – a place for everything and everything in it’s place.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: Having an uncluttered workspace keeps my mind free of any clutter.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: My taste is wide and varied – from Craig David, to Abba, Queen and everything in between. Oh, and let’s not forget Britney!
