In this edition of Workflow, we have Tricia Liverpool, Founder & Managing Director of Leo Harper, talking about balancing suits and activewear.
Describe what you do: I am the Founder and Managing Director of LeoHarper, a recruitment company servicing the public relations, communications and advertising industries.
How do you like your coffee: Sweet & strong.
Device(s) you use: My HP laptop as my CRM works better on a PC than a MAC and my iphone and headphones.
Describe your working style in one sentence: With experience comes a network which has meant I can be dynamic but balanced at the same time i.e. suit one minute, activewear the next.
What does your workspace look like: My office is on the fourth floor of our house so I get to work amongst the trees and away from my (fabulous) children. Even before all of the craziness, I was at home mostly and only ventured into the city if I had meetings and even then they were in coffee shops. Therefore my home based office has music on when I am not on a call, a fan and a whiteboard as well as a sofa given it’s where I spend most of my time working.
How does your workspace affect your creative process: Given the amount of time I spend headhunting candidates or making business developing calls, the serenity helps me to be unflappable and listen over talking.
Do you have a favourite playlist for work: At the moment I have Jamiroquai on loop together with Inxs and my favourite album currently is actually the Call Be Me By Your Name soundtrack.
Who would you like to nominate for the next workflow interview: Dee Khanduja.
