Describe what you do: I’m the founder of SheEO.World. We are a global community of radically generous women working on the World’s To Do List. Our model brings together hundreds of women (Activators) per country per year who gift their capital to incredible women-led innovations that the world needs.
We all collaborate to advance these businesses and our own emergent ideas so we can transform systems. Our entire model is based on #radicalgenerosity towards one another and ourselves. We are co-creating a new world.
How do you like your coffee: Black. And lots of it.
Device(s) you use: MacBook Air on the road. Desktop Mac at home/office. iPhone. Stickies. Lots of brightly colored markers and BIG notebooks.
Describe your working style in one sentence: I am habitually non-habitual. I change it up all the time. I like to get up early. Sometimes I write and post. Sometimes I go for a walk. Having grown up on a farm, I’m trained to be up and productive the second my head is off the pillow. I’m usually melting by late afternoon and need a spin class or exercise to keep me going.
What does your workspace look like: My workspace travels with me wherever I go. Phone and laptop. During this pandemic, for the first time in 5 years I’m not travelling constantly (total gift) so I have a workspace that is a dream.
Facing the lake and nature through a huge window. Desktop computer. Huge bucket of markers. Three or four big books to write and draw and sketch and think with. Big post-it note papers to dream with LOTS of colored stickies. And behind me I have all 68 Venture cards up on the wall so I can be reminded of the courage, innovation and perseverance that inspires me every day.
